Jumping Panda Party Rentals
Safety is our primary concern! Jumping Panda. reserves the right to refuse setup and early removal at any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment and/or event attendees.
• For the safety of equipment and personnel, Jumping Panda. will not setup equipment with the following conditions: rain, snow/ice, high winds, muddy conditions, or the temperature is below 40 degrees. If possible, Jumping Panda. recommends that you reserve a suitable alternate indoor location for your event such as a church, gym or community center.
• Cloudy or Rainy Day
If it is raining on the day of the event, we will not deliver your
inflatable. We will call you in the morning to cancel or change event date. If it
is a cloudy day and there is a chance of rain(50% or more), we will
call you on the morning of the event and help you make the decision
whether to cancel or change your event.
It’s a hard decision to make, but our
inflatables can not get wet. If it starts raining, once your inflatable
has been set up, there will be no refunds. The main reasons we do not
deliver on rainy days are: it is not safe for kids because the unit
becomes very slippery making it very difficult to stand or climb and
when the inflatable unit gets wet it is very hard to clean and dry. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you choose to attempt delivery in these conditions, and we are
unable to set up due to environmental and/or weather conditions upon
arrival, your deposit will not be refunded and there will be a $50.00 cleaning fee applied.
Post setup of any equipment, no refunds will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions.
