Q: Are You Insured?
A: Of Course We Are! Safety is a number one priority for Jumping Panda. We carry
insurance to ensure our customers peace of mind.
Q How soon should I reserve a moonwalk?
A As soon as possible to ensure you receive the unit of your choice.
Q Do you inspect, clean and sanitize your moonwalks?
A We inspect, clean and sanitize our jumpers after each rental. We pride ourselves
in providing you with the cleanest jumpers.
Q How big are the moonwalks?
A The moonwalks vary in size, but our average jumper is 13' x 13'.
Q How many children are allowed at one time in a bounce house and what
is the weight limit?
A Kids ages 3 to 12 and no more than 7 at one time to avoid injury.
The weight limit is 1000 pounds.
Q What is your Weather Policy?
A All cancellations must be made before any inflatable is delivered or set up.
After an inflatable is delivered and set up, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
We watch local weather and makes every effort to contact the customer before
delivery. We will gladly reschedule your event if it has to be postponed
due to weather. Your deposit will be applied to your rental up to one year from
original reservation date.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: If you find that you must cancel your reservation, we requests a 10 day notice
to issue a refund of your deposit. If less than ten day notice is given customer
will forfeit all deposits.
Q Do you offer Free Delivery & Setup?
A Yes, We offer Free Delivery & Setup, Limited area, please call us
for more information.
Q Do I need a generator?
A If you have a standard electrical outlet within 40 feet of the setup area,
a generator is not needed. However, if there is no power we can provide a
generator to run the blower for the moonwalk. Please check our rates.
Q Can you deliver and setup if my event is at a park or forest preserve?
A Yes, but you will need a permit from the city or municipality to hold your event,
you must check their requirements. If they require to be added as additionally
insured, it can be done for an additional fee.
Q Where is the best place to setup the moonwalk?
A The safest is a grassy leveled area, but we can setup on any level surface.
There is an additional fee for setting up on concrete or asphalt. Any area must
be level. We will setup for minimum damage to your grass or sod, however we are
not responsible for any damage, your grass will spring back to normal within a day.
Dancing Panda will not be held responsible for underground obstacles when staking down moonwalks. Please consider obstacles when choosing a location for setup.
